It’s the most important part - the reason you get a cake - for it to taste amazing - and for that reason, all my cakes are freshly home made to order using the finest ingredients, including free range eggs, real butter and fruit preserves and I never use any artificial flavourings.

Sponge cakes all contain four even layers of cake, sandwiched with three generous layers of Swiss meringue buttercream before being covered in a layer of white Belgian chocolate ganache and then finished with a very thin layer of the finest Swiss fondant. Don’t like sugarpaste? I promise you will barely know it’s there - and if you really hate it, you can peel it off!

In addition to the sponge flavours below, I also offer a traditional fruit cake, packed full of the finest dried fruits and liberally doused in spiced rum. This is available as a cutting cake, which is covered in marzipan and then finished with fondant.

Light lemon sponge, drizzled with elderflower syrup and filled with a delicate elderflower buttercream and zesty lemon curd.

Raspberry Bakewell

Amaretto almond sponge, layered with vanilla buttercream, raspberry and amaretto jam and toasted almond brittle.

Carrot Cake

Carrot and walnut-packed cake, zinging with fragrant spices and sandwiched with a zesty orange buttercream.

Red Velvet

Classic, soft and light, deepred sponge, with a hint of cocoa, filled with a rich white chocolate buttercream.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

A rich treacly sponge with chunks of medjool dates, layered with toffee buttercream and a sticky caramel sauce.

Brown Butter Biscoff

A soft vanilla cake, infused with the caramel and nutty flavours of brown butter, layered with a rich and fragrant Biscoff buttercream.

Lemon Drizzle

Zesty lemon sponge, drenched in lemon syrup and filled with layers of lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

Pink Grapefruit & Cardamon

Zesty and aromatic pink grapefruit and cardamon sponge layered with a pink grapefruit buttercream. Inspired by my favourite gin!

Light coffee sponge layers, drenched with espresso syrup and finished with a vanilla coffee buttercream.

Vanilla Latte

Classic Victoria

Please note that all cakes contain dairy, wheat (gluten) and soya products and are baked in a kitchen that uses nuts, including almonds, walnuts and pistachios. While recipes can be altered to accommodate dietary intolerances, I unfortunately cannot guarantee that any cake will be totally free of a specific allergen and therefore cake are not suitable for those with allergies.
